New Store Policy

Due to increase online ID fraud, we have now implied new store policy. Any orders that excesses $1000.00 total, it is possible you will be asked to provide PB Warehouse additional information about your identity to insure the order is not fraudulent. We may ask you for fax/scan copy of your driver’s license, credit card and signed authorization letter allowing us to process the charge. This extra step is for your shopping safety and ours, we hope for your understating.

All information collected is to insure that your order is processed and shipped in the quickest manner. PB Warehouse wants to thank you for choosing to shop with us, with many competitor sites you have chosen us. we want our customers to know that we value their business and want them to feel satisfied with their purchase. Most items found on PB Warehouse carry a 30 days limited return policy for items that are new and contain all their original packaging and directions.

Gun sales Policy

All gun sales will require the following before the gun order is shipped:

1. We reserve the right call you and confirm the order before we process the order. If you are a minor using your parents credit card, we will need to speak with one of your parents so make sure they are aware we will be calling.

2. We will only ship to the billing address that is associated with the credit card with SIGNATURE REQUIRED. No exceptions to this rule.

30 Day Return Policy - NEW ITEMS

ALL RETURNS must by accompany by an RMA number. If an item is sent to PB Warehouse without an RMA, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. You can receive an RMA number through one of the following:

Email: Contact PB Warehouse by email and we will assist you in receiving an RMA number.

* Its is the customer's responsibility to inspect all products for physical damage upon the arrival of your order. PBWarehouse assumes no responsibility for products being damaged during shipping. All packages are shipped USPS. In case the product is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us immediately via phone or email.

* DO NOT use the product if it needs to be returned. If you use the product, that means you agree the product has arrived in good condition.

* In some events we may ask you for digital picture of the damage product in order to shorten the timeframe on your return. Please provide us with such info whenever possible to expidite the process.

* We reserve the rights to inspect the product before issuing exchange or credit.

* Most items can be returned within 30 days of original invoice date. Special order items or custom built items are not returnable. We do not allow returns on any electronical parts such as gun boards, solenoids, electronic guns that contain boards, loader boards and loaders. We have found people like to perform mods on the electronical parts which oftentimes shortens the life of the part. You are encouraged to contact the manufacturer for replacement.

* Paintball Guns, DVDs, and any electronic products are not returnable

* New items, unused can be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original packaging including all packaging and manuals. Must be in sellable condition. The same way you received it. Items returned not complete will have additional charges. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

* Do not open packaging if you plan on returning. If opened or used you could be charged. Used items or dirty, scratched items, can not be returned. Please call before sending any item back. Our new guns all have manufacturers warranty, you can contact us for their phone number or shipping address. Warranty work on guns and other paintball equipment is handled by the manufacturer. We are always more than happy to help you get in contact with them.

Returns for Exchange

Most merchandise may be Exchanged within 30 days of the original invoice date. After 30 days, merchandise may not be exchanged for any reason. Certain products may not be returned for any reason such as custom, made to order markers, clothing (except for size exchanges), DVDs, and Video Games. For an item exchange, the original item(s) must include ALL original packaging and be in unused condition. Used condition is defined as any attempt to use, install, fire or remove a piece from its packaging other than for the purposes of reviewing the order. Damaged packaging constitutes use. Items that meet these requirements can be exchanged for the same or similar items at the customer's request. Customers are responsible for the safe arrival of items returned to PB Warehouse. For your protection, we recommend insurance and/or delivery confirmation for every return. PB Warehouse will not be liable for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Please do not return mail any package in any type of envelope. Returns that have packaging damaged due to an envelope will have restocking fees to replace the damaged packaging. RMA Numbers must be clearly written on the package or they may be refused / returned to sender. If we have shipped you the correct item and you are returning it for exchange, you will be responsible for shipping charges.

Returns for Used Items

PB Warehouse does not accept returns for used merchandise under any circumstances. Products that are returned damaged or used will be returned to sender. If a product has been installed and does not work, please contact the manufacturer

Warranty Information

PB Warehouse does not provide warranty work for any of the products we sell. Since we do not manufacture the products we sell, we are not able to answer technical / warranty information. These questions are best directed to the manufacturer of the products. If you need any additional contact information, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can provide you with additional manufacturer information. PBWarehouse can be your acting agent to the manufacture for all warranty exchanges and repairs, customer is responsible for all shipping and handling of the product being sent back for repair or exchange.

Back Ordered/Out of Stock items Policy

Orders containing Out of Stock items will be held until the Out of Stock item(s) are available. If we are unable to receive the Out of Stock item(s) within 3-4 days of the original purchase,we will send you an email you on the status of your order and direction on what to do about your order with PBW. We will either remove the item(s) from your order and immediately ship what we have available or if you are willing to wait for the item and ship it when it becomes available. If the Out of Stock item is the only item found in your order then the order will be canceled and email will be send to you. At the customer's direction, PBWarehouse.net, will split an order that contains Out of Stock item(s) and ship the In Stock item(s). Additional Shipping Charges will apply to the order when Out of Stock item(s) are shipped from our warehouse.

Shipping Details

To protect customers from fraudulent transactions we will only ship to the billing address that pertains to a credit card. We will make no exceptions to this rule. Paypal accounts used as a payment method have to be verified. If someone places an order and either of these two criteria have been omitted, the order will cancel itself out. If you do not have a credit card or a Paypal account, contact us for another method of payment. We'll work with you.

PB Warehouse now offers Free Shipping on all orders of $300 and greater! Orders must meet the following requirements to receive free shipping:

  • 1. Order total (not including shipping) must be $300 or greater.
  • 2. Please use the Coupon Code "freeshipping" before finishing Checkout.

    Please note: Only orders over $300 will be eligeable to receive free shipping. Free Shipping offer is not available by phone. we will not refund shipping charges to those that don't enter the Free Shipping promotion code during checkout. Free Shipping is only available in the lower 48 United States.

    We have now added "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" on all packages over $80 total to increase proper package delivery and security

    It may take up to 3-4 days to process your order, please email us first if you have any questions about the process time or if you have special shipping needs before ordering.

    Orders that are Refused / Returned to Sender / Undeliverable

    If an order is refused, marked returned to sender, or otherwise undeliverable your order will be refunded minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. The order can be reshipped at the buyer's expense.

    We will ship the orders via USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground which ever method will get your order to you in the shortest time possible.

    Most of the item on the site will be the same shipping charges to all states including HI,AK,PR,GU. In some cases extra shipping will be charged such as large oversize boxes and marker that required to be shipped UPS.

    Website Errors

    PBWarehouse.net reserves the right to refund an order in the event an item has been mislabeled or mispriced. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
