Due to the popularity of our site we have created this page to help our customers better understand the specifics of international orders. We are not currently taking any international orders directly on our website, all international orders will be taken via email. Here are a few steps to help faster proceeding of your order: Step 1- Add all the items into the shopping cart. Step 2- Copy and paste your finished shopping cart list and e-mail it to ben@pbwarehouse.net. Step 3- Include your complete shipping address, phone number and country of origin info in the email (Example- Germany) Step 4- We will quote you shipping costs via USPS mail service for you to review. Step 5 - Once you agree with the shipping charges, email us back with your paypal email address so we may send you an invoice for payment for your order. Additional Information of Interest- Please read 1. Due to the restrictions imposed of us as a paintball company we cannot ship to certain countries. To make sure your order will be shipped outside the United States please contact us by phone 480-218-0088 or send us an email ben@pbwarehouse.net 2. There are only 2 methods of payment for international orders at this time- Paypal (for orders of $500 or less) and Bank Transfers (for order $501 or more). Email us and we can help you with the bank transfer payment process. 3. International orders will be shipped USPS. 4. If you are interested in making an international order, please send an email to Ben@pbwarehouse.net for a shipping quote or for clarification to any questions you might have. 5. Insurance is optional for an extra fee if it applies to your shipping country, we strangely recommend you to purchase insurance whenever possible. If you choose not to purchase insurance or insurance is not available from USPS for your country, PB Warehouse will not be responsible for any loss or damage packages.
